Colfax is a county in New Mexico. It was formed in 1869 from the following county/ies: Mora/Taos. Colfax began keeping birth records in ——, marriage records in 1869, and death records in ——. It began keeping land records in 1864, probate records in 1884, and court records in #8. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 159, Raton 87740.
